East Sussex Highways will be working in two locations to carry out CCTV surveys of the underground drainage system. Also they will be clearing pipework with high pressure water to remove blockages.

Tuesday 9 September 2025 8am-5pm.

Battle Road will remain open with temporary traffice lights in place. Work will take place between the junction of North Street and property 'The Yews'.

Bakery Lane will be closed to through traffic between Battle Road and Flitterbrook Lane.

Anyone needing access should approach the Closure Point and speak to the site team.
