This is the relatively new Parish Council website on which official documents can be found (Agendas, Minutes, Planning Applications…). It is a statutory requirement that it be administered by the Clerk.
Parish Council documents are also made available on the Noticeboard by the Village Hall.
Residents can sign up to receive “News” alerts posted by the Clerk on the website. Links to other administrative websites can be found on the “Useful Information” tab and you can sign up to receive their updates directly.

This website is “The Community Gateway to our Village” and acts as a hub for the various community groups to share details regarding their activities and events in the village. Local information can also be found here including the village calendar.
Administered and owned by Hew Helps, this is run on a voluntary basis.

EASTON ROYAL “MAILCHIMP” EMAIL
This was set up as a service by Hew to offer a simple, efficient way of informing people of village news and events.
This could be regarding Coffee Mornings, Fundraising events, Village Hall events, ER Academy news, etc. The Clerk may sometimes request information be sent, in conjunction with the PC website and PC noticeboard, to reach as many residents as possible with PC news.
Administered by Hew Helps (hew.helps@gmail.com) anyone can subscribe to or unsubscribe from this service under the understanding that it is “ALL OR NOTHING” – you cannot pick what information you receive.

“EASTON VILLAGE SUPPORT” WHATSAPP GROUP
This WhatsApp group was initially set up at the beginning of Covid to coordinate and offer assistance to residents during the pandemic. It has since evolved to become a support group on which people share information, offers of free items, requests for help, etc…
Sales and offers of Professional Services are not permitted.

This WhatsApp group allows people to offer items for sale and one-off advertising of Professional Services.
