EGM for the election of officers

The new date for the EGM has been arranged for Sunday 25th October at 10am

This is your opportunity to stand for election if you wish to do so, and cast your vote for those who have already been nominated to stand. The nomination sheet will remain on the notice board in the club until midday on Saturday 24th October.
Voting will be by ballot at the meeting. The club rules do not allow for voting by Proxy.

It is important that as a member of the club you make every effort to attend and vote, as the outcome of this vote will decide the management committee for the next 12 months.
