DEVON COUNTY COUNCIL

(uUCR 301 & 303, OFFWELL)

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER 2026

NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council has made the above titled order.

The above Order, which came into force on Friday 19 July 2024, and would have expired on Saturday 18 July 2026 has been extended by the Secretary of State until 18 January 2028 or until completion of the works, whichever is the sooner.

No persons and/or horse riders and/or vehicles shall proceed on the affected highways except for access to land or premises on or adjacent to those lengths of highways. The order will continue in force for a period not exceeding six months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the sooner.
Highways affected:

Offwell, uUCR 301 & 303 from Little Cleave to Hayne Lane (Full length of 301 and half of 303).

There is no alternative route. The closure is necessary for public safety.
