EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING

TUESDAY - 16th JULY 2019 7 pm in the Club Room.

The Plans for the Building Extension have been approved and quotations received from building contractors. The E.G.M. has been called to approve the expenditure so that an order can be placed to allow the work to proceed.

Members of the Building Committee will explain details of the project and answer any questions.

A copy of the revised floor plan is on display in the clubhouse and by clicking above.

All members are invited to the meeting but only Full Outdoor Members are allowed to vote.

There is free parking in the Leisure Centre car park which is immediately adjacent to the Bowling Club. Wheelchair access is via the ramp at the corner of the green where Corams Lane joins Springfield Road.
