Several former Brick Kiln bowlers have joined Solihull Municipal Bowls Club this year and they will be hoping to continue the enjoyment and success of their recent Bowls Break at Potter's Resort, home of the World Indoor Bowls Championships. One of the teams had great success, reaching the semi-finals where they were narrowly defeated. The rink of Mo Tuckett, Lynne Jones, Doug Bott and Paul Jones were congratulated on their outstanding performance by former World Champion and current EIBA Champion of Champions Greg Harlow.

Plans are already in place for another Potters visit at the start of 2017.
