The Shaldon over 55's team in the X division won that division and played the semi and final at Abbrook Park.

On a sunny day and a good looking green they fought their way into the final. In the final they came up against a strong team from Brixham. It was a tough game and after 10 ends they were 21 shots down but being Shaldon they fought back to get close to winning but good play from Brixham put them into runners-up place.
