Final Plan

The Neighbourhood Plan was submitted to an Independent Examiner on 1st February 2021. Her report was received on 18th March 2021 which accepted that the plan met all the basic conditions. Although some minor modifications were recommended it was stated that it was “A well-written plan with an extensive evidence base”.

The modifications have now been made and will be discussed at the Parish Council meeting on 5th May 2021. Providing the Parish Council approves the changes it will be submitted to Cornwall Council who will determine whether or not it can go to referendum.

We are hopeful the Neighbourhood Plan will get through these final stages without any problems and that residents will be able to vote on the Plan in the early summer.
