Fly Tipping in South Darenth

There has been a recent increase in fly tipping on parish council owned land, particularly in Shrubbery and Montgomery Roads.

Sevenoaks District Council will not take away grass cuttings and garden waste if you put it into the black or clear sacks.

HK & SD Parish Council have a duty to take away fly tipped rubbish on their land - the cost of this is covered by its portion of council tax - charges for the last three removals were a staggering £90 each with tip and labour fees.
