FLYTIP IN LYMPNE

You may have seen on the Lympne Village Facebook Page the huge flytip that was left in Belcaire Close and the Village Hall Approach Road. Both of these have been reported to KCC and also our Warden who is informing the Environmental Protection Officers at KCC. Another resident has given information that this probably occurred between 8pm and midnight on the 17th. Looking at the size of the flytip it would suggest that this was a large vehicle, and having looked through the rubbish it appears to have been from a building job, possibly a bathroom refit looking at some of the scribbles on the abandoned wood. Unfortunately i was unable to find anything to identify the offenders.

CAN YOU HELP:

Could you check your home CCTV systems to see if anything was captured during the above times which could identify the vehicle that was carrying this rubbish. Were you out and about walking your dog and noticed a vehicle in the area. If so please contact the Clerk or click the contact us button on this website and let us know and we will forward the information on to the appropriate authority.
THANK YOU
