We would like to start up some daytime Functional Fitness sessions at the Hall, aimed at anyone looking for a low intensity, low impact workout, to be done at their own pace and adaptable to their own abilities.

Functional Exercise can help maintain balance, coordination and flexibility thereby supporting you in everyday activities.

Classess will last an hour and be run by a registered practitioner.
