Further Traffic Counts Commissioned by Hamble Parish Council

Hamble Parish Council (HPC) has commissioned consultants to assess traffic volumes within the village and specifically about where traffic joins Hamble Lane, the time of day and the journey times between key points. It is hoped that this will help in creating a village travel plan as well as responding to planning applications for new homes in the village.

To measures the traffic flows, HPC will be arranging for Automated Traffic Counters to be installed in key locations over the next few days. They will be in place for 2 weeks.

When the information has been collected and analysed, we will publish the findings.
