With the recent lovely weather, our new gazebo has provided much-welcome shade for those members and visitors to Colden Common Bowls Club. The grant for the gazebo was made by Winchester City Council to the club, and also provided the resources for us to re-level the patio and install a new safety rail. In the photos above, club members are enjoying a BBQ after a Thursday evening Aussie Rules competition.

Additional Information

There is a second hand car sales on Main Road, by the junction controlled by traffic lights. As you look at the car sales go down the narrow lane on the right side, not into the housing estate. This lane is narrow with passing places, just keep on going, pass the fields with horses then Colden Common Park is on the left and there is plenty of parking.’
