As part of the Queens Platimum Jubiilee celebrations in Alton, we are holding our Dementia-friendly Forget-me-not Sponsored Walk in the Alton Town Park (Public Gardens) just before the main Big Picnic Event on Sunday 5th June.

The aim is for participants to enjoy the social experience of 'Walking around the Town Park' and to use it to raise awareness and sponsorship for Dementia-friendly Alton. This is also an opportunity to look at recent developments around the gardens and consult on future plans.

Full details of this free event are available on our website http://www.dementia-friendly-alton.org.uk/community/dementia-friendly-alton-7739/forget-me-not-walk-2022/ where you will find registration forms and sponsor forms. Sponsor packs are also available at Alton Community Centre if you prefer a hard copy.

Do come along to join us on the walk or simply come and support us and our members as we walk. We'd love to see you there.
