GOOD START IN MORETON CUP

This year's Moreton Cup, being played at Longmeadow Indoor Bowling Club, sees Oakley playing in a league of 5 teams and in this morning's first match, Oakley had a comfortable win against Kingsclere picking up a maximum 5 points. Oakley scores: Steve Devonish, John Yarrall, Sean Lassman and Fred Norris won 22-11; Jamie Fewtrell, Malcolm Grime, Graham Tompkins and Ashley Nethercliffe also won but their score is not known.
