Handcross Bowls Club will be hosting their Handcross 4s Invitation 2022 (The Les Jones Trophy) event on Saturday, 30th July 2022.

Gentlemen
Can you offer any assistance on Friday 29th July 2022 from around 4pm onwards, with setting up the Gazebos, Tables, and Chairs, etc, on the “visitor’s terrace”?

Also, some assistance on Saturday 30th July 2022 from around 9am, to prepare the Green.


All Members
This is our big charity fund raising day and we would appreciate any donations of raffle prizes.

We would welcome any “volunteers” on Saturday 30th July 2022 for any of the following tasks:

  1. Food preparation.

  2. Selling of raffle tickets.

  3. Supporting Teas and Coffee for visitors, on arrival.

  4. Washing up, at any time of the day.

  5. Clearing up, at the end of the day.
