The Forget-Me-Not Cafe celebrated its 3rd birthday this week. The first session was on 16th September 2014 and on that day we welcomed five people living with dementia; with carers, family and volunteers there were 20 attending in total. This number remained roughly the same as we moved from monthly to fortnightly untill we had the confidence to make it a weekly affair in March 2015. Since then there has been steady growth to where we are today, with around 70 a week coming along.
