Harrow Inn Listed as an Asset of Community Value

West Ilsley Parish Council is pleased to share that the Harrow Inn has been confirmed as meeting the criteria to be listed as an Asset of Community Value (ACV).

The decision was made by West Berkshire Council’s Assets of Community Value Panel on 30th April 2026. The owners of the Harrow Inn have now been formally notified and have eight weeks to decide whether they wish to appeal. If no appeal is submitted within that period, the Harrow Inn will be added to the Council’s official List of Assets of Community Value for a period of five years.
