Well done to Ashley Nethercliffe who, on Sunday afternoon at Loddon Vale, retained his Hampshire Indoor Under 25 title beating Danny Smith of Victory 21-14 in the Final. This was Ashley's third victory in the event, an amazing achievement for a young man of 16.

Earlier in the day success had eluded him, when he and Nicole Rogers lost 14-21 to Ann Pearce and Gary Carter of Atherley in the Mixed Pairs Final. Both players were naturally disappointed at the result but it was a great effort for both of them to get so close to a second County title in the same season.
