📢 Have Your Say at Seend Parish Council Meetings!

Did you know that residents have the opportunity to speak at every Parish Council meeting?

🗣️ Public Participation takes place at the start of each meeting, giving residents the opportunity to raise concerns, share ideas, or comment on any item on the meeting agenda.

At the beginning of the meeting, the Chair will ask if any residents wish to speak. The Chair will then invite speakers in turn and may allow questions where appropriate.

This process is in place to ensure meetings remain effective, efficient, and focused, enabling the Council to make decisions and continue delivering for the community of Seend.

Please note that Public Participation is not a discussion or debate. It is an opportunity for residents to make their views known before the Council moves on to the formal business of the meeting.

Can't attend a meeting? You can still make your voice heard by:

📧 Emailing your local parish councillor, who represents the parish on your behalf and can raise matters with the Council.
