Whether you have a question, suggestion, or concern, we are here to help. You can find all our contact details, meeting dates, agendas and minutes on the Seend Parish Council website: https://www.seendparishcouncil.gov.uk/

🏛️ Come along to our Parish Council meetings!

Everyone is welcome to attend our meetings, which take place on the last Tuesday of every month at 18:30pm at Irene Usher Hall.

There is a Public Participation session at the start of each meeting, giving residents the opportunity to:
✅ Ask questions
✅ Raise ideas
✅ Share concerns about the parish

To give everyone a fair opportunity to speak, each resident is allocated up to 3 minutes.

💬 A respectful reminder:

We value open and constructive discussion. Councillors are volunteers who are committed to serving our community, and we ask everyone attending meetings to treat each other with courtesy and respect so that everyone feels welcome and heard.

🚧 Who is responsible for what?
Not every issue falls under the Parish Council's responsibilities.
Wiltshire Council is responsible for services such as:
• Roads and highways
• Street lighting
• Potholes
• Waste and recycling
• Planning decisions (as the planning authority)
• Many other local authority services

Many issues can be reported directly using the MyWilts app or online at: https://my.wiltshire.gov.uk/

It's a quick and easy way to report issues such as potholes, fly-tipping, graffiti, damaged street furniture and other local concerns.

🚦 Concerned about traffic or road safety?
Residents can raise suggestions for traffic improvements through the Local Highways and Footway Improvement Group (LHFIG). If you have ideas to improve road safety in our parish, please speak to the Parish Council so we can advise on the process.

🤝 Working together for Seend Parish.

Your Parish Council is here to represent the community, and we welcome your ideas and involvement. By working together respectfully, we can continue to make Seend a great place to live.
We look forward to seeing you at our next Parish Council meeting!
