Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 – Section 14 (2)
Kent County Council gives notice that Summer Road, St Nicholas at Wade, Birchington will be closed to through traffic, on or after 18th March 2021 for up to 2 days.
The road will be closed at its entire length.
There is no alternative route.
Every effort will be made to maintain access for residents whenever it is safe to do so. Two operatives will remain on site at all times.
It is planned that the road will be closed for the duration of the works.
This closure is necessary to enable emergency sewer works to be carried out by Southern Water.
This Notice applies when the relevant signs and barriers are on site and is valid for a period of no more than 21 days.
