The Hill Ford Stages car rally will take place on Sunday 20th September 2026.

The rally will take place across South Shropshire, and roads in Abdon will be closed from 6am to 10pm to allow up to 150 rally cars to pass through.

Residents and emergency services will be allowed access but can only travel in one direction.

Over the next few weeks, a letter will go out to those residents and businesses affected by a road closure which will include a map. The letter will provide up to date information on the event.
Spectator Zones will be identified and we will be notified if any of these fall within our parish boundary. Mitigation will be in place to deal with any parking issues which may arise.

The postcode for Abdon is SY7 9HZ. From Ditton Priors follow the signs for Abdon. After about 2.5 miles you will see the Abdon noticeboard. Turn left past the telephone box for the Brown Clee Hill, or keep to the right for the Village Hall and St. Margaret's Church.
