IMPORTANT - PITCH FEE TRIBUNAL

Residents who did not pay the pitch fee increase from April 2023 will be receiving paperwork from the tribunal any day now.

Apparently there are 127 of us.

If you are a member of the residents association we are happy to deal with this case on your behalf. The only thing you need to do is complete the ‘Reply Form for park home owners’ which you should find within the paperwork (it’s page 6 on ours).

How To Fill It In

1. The first yes/no question tick YES
2. The second yes/no question tick NO
3. Ignore the next question that says ‘If you have requested .. etc etc’
4. In the name/address of the spokesperson question, if you want us to represent you enter our details as follows: Sean Gary Peckham & James Hailes 4 Meadow View, Dunton Park, CM13 3GE Email: rdprc2022@gmail.com
5. The other questions at the bottom are self explanatory (date/your signature/name/etc).

What to do when you’ve filled it in

You can either pop it in our black letterbox marked ‘residents association’ on the club wall or hand it to any committee member. We’ll send it to the tribunal for you, along with our bundle of evidence. WE MUST RECEIVE THIS FROM YOU BY 5th JANUARY IF YOU WANT US TO REPRESENT YOU.

Finally

Please don’t worry. We’ll deal with the hearing for you. You won’t need to attend the tribunal. The judge will either agree with our case and lower our increase or they will say the increase is fair and we’ll have to cough up. We’ll do our best. In the meantime, have a wonderful Christmas.
