HUT DUTY & TEA DUTY ROTAS FOR JULY:

Just to let everyone know, both the Hut Duty & Tea Duty Rotas for July have just gone up in the Clubhouse.

Can all Club Members please call in to the Clubhouse and check to see if you are listed, and then tick off your availability.

If for some reason you’re not available on the date allocated to you, then please arrange to swap your Duty with someone else. Should this still prove difficult, then please contact Brenda Stewart or Babs Hall as soon as possible. You will find their contact details in your Fixture list.

If anyone is unsure, or needs a reminder of what a Hut Duty entails, then a list of instructions can be found on the Main Noticeboard at the Club.

Thank you in advance for your support in this matter. We all have use of this lovely facility, and with everyone’s support, we can ensure it remains like this for many years to come.
