Find out more about this community in:

1. We will be meeting Royale’s Solicitors on Thursday afternoon (11th) to discuss the pending pitch fee tribunal. We will attempt to try and reach a negotiated settlement but no guarantees given.

2. As the tribunal is fast approaching, we’d like to update all members in dispute at a special meeting THURSDAY 11TH JANUARY at 6PM in the club hall. Please try to attend - it won't take long.

3. Separately, the Judge has approved the Chair of the residents’ association to be the ‘lead case’. This means he will officially act on your behalf. The court has instructed us to give all homes in dispute a copy of their email granting this permission. We will drop a copy into everyone's door later today.

4. It is important that everyone attends this meeting because it’s likely there will be a vote on how we progress (whether we continue on the tribunal route or accept a negotiated settlement).

5. If you are unable to attend you can proxy vote. We will be sending flyers to all homes in dispute later today with a slip to proxy vote. This means that you accept any recommendations from the Chair on the night.

Thanks from The Residents Association
