Important update – Thanet water supply

Good afternoon

Our teams are continuing to work hard to keep our water sites running and all customers across Thanet remain in supply as normal.

With the very warm weather, demand is higher than usual, so we are continuing to provide alternative water options as a precaution.

Tankers also remain in the area, to help top up our water network and support with the recovery of our lower-than-normal reservoir levels.

Priority Services Register

Bottled water deliveries were started yesterday for customers on our Priority Services Register (PSR) and these deliveries are continuing throughout today.

We are delivering as quickly as possible, but due to the very large number of customers on our register, deliveries will continue into the night.

If you are contacted by anyone who needs additional support and would like to be added to our priority register, please encourage them to sign up via our website or by calling 0330 303 0368.

Bottled water stations

Our two bottled water stations remain open for all customers to use. They can simply arrive at the stations and collect water.

These are located at:

• Tesco Superstore, Manston Road, Ramsgate, CT12 6NT
• Manston Airfield, Manston Road, CT12 5BL.
