Important update – Thanet water supply

As we head into the weekend, I wanted to provide a brief update and advise that all customers in Thanet remain in supply with no interruptions.

Our recovery is progressing well, and our reservoir levels are slowly increasing.

We remain alert to any site issues that would affect water production and slow down our recovery, and we will respond immediately to any potential issues.

As all customers are in supply and an improving situation, bottled water stations are not required. However, we still have one on standby which can be reopened at short notice.
