Invitation to public consultation for new homes on land south east of Henley-in-Arden.

Mac Mic Strategic Land are seeking to understand community views on their proposal for new homes, including affordable homes, on land south east of Henley-in-Arden. SP Broadway is helping Mac Mic Strategic Land with public consultation and community engagement.

A dedicated consultation website, www.landsoutheastofhenleyinarden.co.uk will go online from 1st June 2026, explaining the proposals and providing a feedback form that you can fill in to let them know your views. If you do not have access to the website and would like to view the proposals, please give me a ring on 07503 201 876 and to arrange for a paper copy of the website to be posted to you.

If you would like to provide feedback on the proposals, there are three ways you can do so:

• By filling in the online feedback form on the consultation website, www.landsoutheastofhenleyinarden.co.uk

• By emailing your feedback directly to jamie@spbroadway.com

• By posting your feedback in an envelope marked "Freepost SP BROADWAY (you do not need to provide a stamp or an address on the envelope)

Send your feedback by 6pm on 14 June 2026.

Look at the proposals for the new homes on the consultation website and let your views be known. After the consultation closes, the feedback received will be reviewed before submitting a planning application to Stratford-on-Avon District Council.
