On a misty morning on 14th November those members that could make it gathered to watch our irrigation system spring into life. Our Green Keeper Jamie also attended and has provided invaluable help with the project.

The late Mike Temperton and fellow members spent many hours dealing with red tape and form filling enabling the green light from Bedford Borough Council and subsequent approval of contractors SJS Irrigation.

The project could have not been completed without the help of a much-appreciated grant from the Harpur Trust and generous donations from our members and friends of the club.
