Triples

The game went well last Saturday and we learnt a lot from it. So we are planning another event to be held on Sunday 2 August 2020 from 2.00 p.m.

The maximum number of players allowed is still 18 so that social distancing in groups of 6 will be feasible.

There will be no game fee on this occasion as we still cannot provide any food. However the bar will be open to purchase drinks from a limited range.

To avoid the handling of any cash please can you arrange to pay for your bar tab by bank transfer following the game?

If you wish to be involved in this game then please give your name to Derek either by phone 01666 823482 or e-mail - maryderek@btinternet.com

Derek will compile a list, including reserves, and pick balanced rinks on the day. If we have more members interested than space allows then you will have priority on a future occasion as we intend to make this a regular event.

Competitions

We would like to run one or two competitions now that we have more flexibility in what we are allowed to do. These may be a singles competition and also the regular Thursday evening triples competition.

If you would be interested in getting involved in any form of competitions then please let Derek know and we will take it from there.
