Update statement from Kloud9 (internet provider):

UPDATE FIBRE DEPLOYMENT IN CHELFORD:

Following the meeting between Kloud9 and the Parish council on 10/03 We have decided not to progress the community fibre build in Chelford any further.

As discussed in the meeting Kloud9 are already deploying numerous full fibre builds in Cheshire and London both via the Gigabit voucher scheme and self-funding options. As Chelford are already engaged with another provider (Vispa) we believe a second provider would only cause confusion and delays with the residents of Chelford, it is also likely both the Kloud9 and Vispa commercial offer to residents would result in both companies offer being diluted which would result in delays in hitting “minimum uptake’’ levels of interest within the community for both companies.

Kloud9 feel it is best to focus on the areas we are already committed to and wish you all the best with Vispa going forward.
