First of all a big thank you to the Church Hall Team for organising such a brilliant event on the Saturday of the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee weekend. Also, thanks to everyone who came and helped, made cakes, ran a BBQ, put on displays or organised events during the afternoon. The UKEY DUKES performed and it was lovely to see many of the children together with young and not so young joining in with the dancing. The Church also looked wonderful with various displays and beautiful flower arrangements throughout.

Just a reminder that the REME MUSEUM IS NOW CLOSED UNTIL 2 AUGUST.

THE CROWN CAFÉ will only be closed from 16 – 26 JUNE.

On 25 JUNE St. Michael’s Hall Team will be organising a MACMILLAN COFFEE MORNING. The official date is the 30th September but they are unable to do this as the team have other commitments. There is a busy September planned and they will also be preparing for a big event in October. If you would like more information or if you would like to be involved in helping with the coffee morning, or any of the other events that the team organise then do give Lynn a ring on 07808 551843.

The annual fun dog show is so much fun, with lots of rosettes to be won and the Lilly Memorial Cup is up for grabs too. Fun for all the family. craft stalls, fun stalls,

Burgers, Refreshments. Beer tent, Raffle, Skittles, Plate smash, Tin Can alley and Welly throwing. There will be Childrens and adult races. Face painting, Fancy dress competition and Tombola. Scouts, Guides and ATC will be there.

Joining us will be Little Gems Tiny feet,

Natalie will be showing off her Zumba class skills.
