The Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group have been working hard over the past 18 months to develop a Neighbourhood Plan for this parish. The Neighbourhood Plan has been informed by a number of consultation exercises and events and we are very grateful to many residents who have contributed to this process. At this stage it is necessary for the Parish Council on behalf of the Steering Group to consult on the Regulation 14 Consultation Version of the Neighbourhood Plan, along with supplementary planning documents. The Plan is available to view at the following link on the Fiskerton cum Morton Parish Council website, together with all the relevant supplementary planning documents:

The consultation period runs from 20th January 2019 until 3rd March 2019. Please provide your feedback by replying to this email or filling in the online survey available at the link below.

Hard copies of the plan and relevant evidence based documents will be available at Fiskerton village shop and Fiskerton and Morton local pubs from 28 January 2019.

During the consultation period the Steering Group is also holding a drop-in consultation event at the Arthur Radford Centre on Sunday 27th January 2019, between 10:00 am and 04:00 pm. I have attached a leaflet which will be delivered to each household advertising this event.

We hope you can make time to attend this meeting at some point to see the displays and to have your say on this important document. We are are setting up a 'kids' corner so that we capture the thoughts of our next generation.

The outcomes of this consultation will be considered at a Steering Group meeting scheduled for Thursday 14 March at 7.30pm in the Morton Church Hall. This will be when any changes will be made to produce a final version of the Neighbourhood Plan to be presented to Newark and Sherwood District Council for their consideration.

Finally, if you know of any residents who will be unable to read the documents and/ or attend this event due to specific medical conditions or disability can you please let us know and we will attempt to contact them to ascertain if they would like assistance in accessing these documents
