Today was Day 8 at Leamington and the following Hampshire players were in action

Women's Fours

The First Round of the Women's Fours started this morning but it was disappointing news for both our two teams. First up was the Waterside rink of Lorraine Woodward, Shirley Kavanagh, Carol Broomfield and Janet Ballard who played Cornwall but were defeated 16-18. At lunchtime Lesley Johnson, Kate Fyfield, Hazel Marke and Margaret Holden of Alton Social were drawn against Yorkshire but also lost by 14 shots to 17 .
