Rami Hilmi, one of our members, has written and will direct as well as taking the part of Everest, ‘The Challenger’ in a short comedy film ‘The Tyro’. Also featuring will be Val Williams as Beatrix, ‘The Champion’. Closing shots of this film will take place on the club’s green with filming planned for Tuesday, 2nd September. Any member bowling that day may well appear as part of a background shot.

In order to comply with social distancing rules and the number of people allowed in the Club at any one time, if you would like to watch the filming please contact Graham Olden (07786 177219) to ensure there will be room for you.
