Letters From Royale Accounts
Those of you who didn't pay the increased pitch fee in April might have received a letter from Royale accounts department.
The Residents Association is happy to contact Royale after the Bank Holiday and we'll get back to you all.
Just for clarification we had a motion passed at our last general meeting giving us the authority to try and negotiate a decrease. We approached Emma the operations manager with our reasons and she flatly refused to consider any reduction. So, this letter wanting to try and understand why we haven't paid the increase seems a bit odd.
We would recommend you sit tight and we will feedback next week after our further discussions with Royale.
