The Annual Litter Pick will NOT take place this year.

Instead (and please have a look at our poster here), your Parish Council challenges you to fill a bag with rubbish found in and around Ashendon. Kevin Nash has many bags waiting to be filled, and picker sticks to loan.

Find Kevin on Facebook or email: kevinpnash@yahoo.co.uk. Then: pull on a hi-vis and a pair of gloves, and go on a litter picking adventure.

We would like to suggest the following great trips out:

Amble around Ashendon Potter to Pollicott and especially:

Womble towards Wooton, Westcott and Winchendon

Despite the great efforts many residents have made to keep our village tidy during lockdown, we are sure you will find good pickings no matter where, when, or how far you go.

Please feel free to dispose of your finds in your own bin (recycle what you can) or, if that is not possible, deliver your bags back to Kevin who will arrange collection. Remember to stay safe and share photos of your interesting finds and filled bags.

Thank you
