Littleton Manor (Waddesdon) – Planning Appeal Update
Appeal details for the proposed Littleton Manor Farm, NW of Waddesdon have been bought to the attention of the Parish Council by Buckinghamshire Councillor, Ashley Waite.
Ashendon Parish Council is reviewing the planning appeal for comment.
The original application proposed a major hybrid development, including:

Up to 535 new homes, a primary school, commercial units, mobility hubs, parking, and upgraded access onto the A41 and Quainton Road

A community hub with residential care and retail, plus landscaping, parkland, woodland, ecological enhancements, and green/blue infrastructure

An Energy Park comprising a solar PV array, a wind turbine, an EV charging station, a substation, and a new roundabout connecting to the A41
Buckinghamshire Council refused this application, and the applicant has now lodged an appeal with the Secretary of State. The appeal start date was 14 January 2026, and it will be determined through a formal inquiry led by a Planning Inspector.
