Dunton Green Parish Council has today submitted its response to the Sevenoaks District Council Regulation 18 Consultation on the Local Plan.

There are three elements to the full response:

  • A response in reference to Policy ST1 (A Balanced Strategy for Growth)

  • A representation for site SEV 24 (Land north of Sevenoaks, west of Otford Road)

The Parish Council would like to thank those residents who took the time to come to its meeting on Tuesday 2nd December so that the Parish Council could hear first hand local views. Residents were also provided with an opportunity to talk to their District and County councillors.

Residents are invited to read the documents and to use the information as they see fit in submitting their views on the proposals within the Local Plan.

Follow London Road north and at the mini roundabout (junction with Station Road) go straight over. Village green to your left (noticeboard, flagpole, timber bus shelter) and shops to the right. Continue over bridge, Dunton Green Primary School and The Duke’s Head on your right. Immediately after the pub is the entrance to Glyn Davies Close but turn right just after this into the service road to the recreation ground car park (just before the terrace starts).
