Longmeadow Planning Application
Ahead of ABC's official notification, we can confirm that planning permission was granted at the Committee Hearing on Wednesday for two dwellings on the land between Stanley House and Long Meadow, Pluckley Road - application number: 18/01763/AS. Cllr. Mulholland and helen Teare both spoke stating the case for the objection on behalf of Smarden Parish Council and the many Smarden Parishioners who had objected. The case officer from ABC had submitted their recommendation to permit this development. Please see the Planning Committee report which was submitted on the ABC website before the Hearing on 11th February.
