On Tuesday 18 July, Malmesbury 'A' beat Yate 'B' by 91 shots to 40, picking up 10 points to stay top of the table.
This leaves Malmesbury 'A' with 67 points, 2 points ahead of Falcon with one game in hand.
As Malmesbury 'A' have two games left, against Olveston in 6th place and Cirencester 'B' at the bottom of the table, in 11th place, Malmesbury 'A' should finish top of the table.
Malmesbury 'B' play Falcon at home next week, so the 'B' team should do their best to help their mates in the 'A' team.
