The latest round of the Cotswold League had mixed results for the Malmesbury teams.

Malmesbury 'A' were playing Falcon however the game was abandoned due to aqua-planing and dangerous conditions. As the game had not reached the fifteenth end, the points were shared 5 and 5 with Falcon but no shots were counted. This is an unsatisfactory way to decide a result.

Malmesbury 'B' continue their good form with another victory over Tetbury 'B' by 8 points to 2, with 43 shots to 34.

Malmesbury 'B have 29 points and are now 9th in the table. Malmesbury 'A' are top with 57 points and one game in hand.

Falcon, who are second placed, have a game against Malmesbury 'B' on the 25th July, so we need a good performance from the 'B' team.
