We are at the half-way point in the summer season and I’m pleased to say that it has only rained once, which is brilliant when you are the Match Secretary! Here’s how we are getting on:

Men’s A team in East Hants

Currently in 3rd place in Division 3, so there is a chance of promotion if we will all our remaining matches.

Ladies A team in East Hants

Finding the matches are quite hard in Division 1 – but middle position in the league, which is a creditable performance.

Men’s B team in East Hants

Not many matches – just 2 so far – and with one lost and one won we stand in the middle of the division.

Mixed A team in Aldershot and District League

Having played 6 and won 4 we are doing fairly well – a slim chance of promotion perhaps?

Mixed B team in the Aldershot and District League

Some good matches, but having played 6 we have lost 4, so I don’t think we will be going up to Division 4 this year at least!

Aegon League

We won 1 of our 3 matches, but came across some excellent teams, so a little disappointed with the results.

My thanks to all the captains for their excellent efforts.
