On Wednesday 16th September, The Medway Council Planning Committee, will once more be considering the Gladman proposal to build 225 houses, on the fields to the West of Town Road Cliffe Woods.

As you will be aware, Redrow are building 92 homes plus Offices and a Nursery opposite the Recreation ground on Town Road; new houses have been built on Merryboys Road with more being built at present and others in the pipeline; there may also be an Old People’s home in the near future on View Road.

If you think that this is quite sufficient for the infrastructure of our village to cope with, please make great haste and write again to your Local Councillors John Williams, Gary Etheridge, Mrs Turpin, The Secretary of State Robert Genrick, Kelly Tollhurst MP and the Case Officer Majid Harouni. Make as strong an objection as you are able, to explain why you DO NOT want further building in Cliffe Woods.

Thank you for your support and KEEP FIGHTING !
