Meon Valley Fire Station under threat

You may be aware that there appears to be a threat to the future of "our" Meon Valley Fire Station in Droxford, with a decision on its future likely to be taken by the Hants Fire & Rescue Authority at its meeting on 8 Oct.

In the meantime, an on-line petition has been set-up to allow those potentially affected by any change in the station's status, being all of us in the Meon Valley, to register their concern and already has in excess of 650 names. The petition can be accessed here
