Yellow weather warning from the Met Office:

The Met Office are forecasting an unsettled spell across the South West this week with various weather fronts bringing spells of rain and showers, and at times turning quite windy. Some drier, sunnier weather also forecast, notably Tuesday. Further rain and at times heavy showers are likely through Wednesday, leading up to a potentially disruptive event overnight Thursday and through Friday as a low-pressure system transits eastwards from the Atlantic across southern England and Wales.

It is worth highlighting that with this much lead time comes some uncertainty as to the track of this system, and the forecast may change over the coming days before the event. Nonetheless, the Met Office have this morning issued a Yellow NSWWS warning for strong winds across the South West, citing a LOW likelihood of SIGNIFICANT Impacts overnight Thursday and through Friday morning.
