Malmesbury's green was a hive of activity on Monday 25 July with Club Competitions and a Stroud Valley's Ladies League Game.

John Curnock beat Roger Pope in the Two Woods with the last wood on the last end to win 13-12. Brian Willis beat Mike Smith in the Two Woods as well. Derek Squire won against Steve Caygill, who was playing his first singles game and made a promising start. Finally, Brian Reynolds and Jim Irving recovered from a shaky start to win against Albert Parker and Bob Anderson in the Pairs.
