More Gas supply issues
Dunton Park Residents' Association
On 21 January 2023 the residents' association were alerted to the fact some residents are without gas.
We are unable to talk to Calor about this because their contract is with Royale so they won't talk to us. However, the chairman has contacted Royale's area manager and passed on details of those affected amd highlighted vulnerbilties.
In the coming days we will also endeavour to find out what's going wrong here. How it can be that people are being left without heating/hot water etc in the winter with temperatures expected to be -7 tonight? We also need to establish why Royale's emergency contact number for residents out of hours often fails.
