National Women's Fours
Four Women from West End travelled up to Royal Leamington Spa on Saturday 3rd September, representing Devon in the National finals Women’s Fours Championship. Gill Callaghan, Caroline Harder, Chris Slade and Angie Hill.
In the Preliminary round on Saturday morning, they were drawn to play against Kingsthorpe representing Northamptonshire, our women won 18-13.
In the afternoon their opponents were from Borough of Eye Bowling club in Suffolk. This time the Suffolk players were victorious, winning 21-17.
The Club is very proud of you, a brilliant achievement, congratulations for getting as far as you did.
